As well as due to the disease of the liver, gastrointestinal tract, nervous system, kidneys, deficiency of folic acid (vitamin B9) and vitamin C, and with age-related changes. Cucumber mask. The easiest and cheapest way. Grate the middle cucumber on the middle grater and apply the resulting gruel for 20-30 minutes to the face and neck. Then rinse with cool water. This mask whits and at the same time pulls the skin.
Sour -milk mask. Take yogurt, kefir or yogurt. Apply on a clean face on the face in the morning and evening, for 15-20 minutes. Remove the mask with a swab dipped in lemon juice.
Curd mask. Mix, 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese, 10 drops of ammonia and 10 drops of hydrogen peroxide, in a homogeneous mass and apply to the face and neck for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with cool water.
Yeast mask. Mix 20 grams of yeast with one and a half teaspoon of lemon juice or grapefruit, apply the mixture to the face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse and apply cream. This mask contains group B vitamins and is great for any skin type.
Mustard mask. Dilute mustard powder with warm water to the consistency of sour cream and grease pigment spots (with oily and normal skin – until a burning sensation appears), then rinse with cool water. Make such a mask every day for ten days.
Bulgarian pepper mask. Grate a sweet pepper on a medium grater and apply on your face for 20-30 minutes. Then rinse with cool water and use face cream. Pepper not only whitens the skin, but also saturates it with vitamin C.
Mask from parsley. In addition to the fact that parsley is very useful, it also bleats the skin. Cut the parsley bundle finely, in the mortar slightly stop, so that it gives a little juice and apply this mixture for 20-30 minutes to the face. Wash off with cool water.
Clay mask. Dilute a tablespoon of white cosmetic clay with lemon juice (cucumber juice, oxy cabbage juice, juice squeezed from parsley, sour milk or yogurt) until gruel is formed. Apply the resulting mass to age spots and hold for 20 minutes. Wash off with water.
Berry mask. This mask can be done on the basis of any sour berries: currants, viburnum, elderberry. Take a tablespoon of berries and thoroughly rub with one tablespoon of honey. Put the resulting mass to the pigmentation site and hold for 20 minutes. Wash off with cool water with the addition of lemon juice.
You can also prepare lotions for whitening based on berries or parsley. Cut a bunch of parsley and pour half a glass of boiling water, strain in an hour. Wipe the pigment spots during the day. Lubricate age spots with freshly squeezed juices: lemon, grapefruit, grenade, mountain ash, red currants, parsley, dandelion leaves.
If your skin is subject to pigmentation, you must take prevention measures. Try to avoid the sun, take folic acid and vitamins, wash yourself with sour milk or yogurt, use creams with a whitening effect.
